Vidyabhuvan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal The school belongs to Vidyabhuvan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal founded by late Mr. Sunderrao Solanke. It was the vision and the foresight of late Shri Sunderrao Solanke who brought about educational transformation in the Marathwada region. With this inheritance of values and integrity, the Solanke family followed his footsteps to venture into bringing state of the art education to Majalgao. SPS is the first initiative of VSPM. It is a co educational school which offers schooling from Jr.KG to Std 10th. The school started with the help of the Majalgaon Cooperative Sugar Factory, Telgaon, in consultation with the Madhavi Kapur Foundation, Pune in 2002. Today the school is running successfully under the able guidance of Smt. Mangala Solanke. The students strength is 903 with more than 131 boarders including girls.
